Editing cost is based on hourly rates spent editing. Before starting editing, I will provide you with an estimated timeframe it will take to edit and an estimated cost.

If you have a bigger project or if you request something that I have less prior experience with (causing me to work slower than the normal rate), I can do a flat rate instead of hourly.

The client must own all the rights, and is assumed to have the rights, to the material that is being edited including commercial rights where applicable. Any other rights MUST fall under Public Domain, the Creative-Commons License, or the legislation of Fair-Use.

I do all my edits with age restriction, content claims/IDs, and copyright claims in mind to try and avoid them to the best of my capabilities. However, I will follow your instructions and I can not assure or promise that the works I make will not get flagged, due to the uncertain nature of claims and tags on social media and video-sharing platforms.

All edits are done with legal licenses of Vegas 15 Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, AEjuice, BorisFX Sapphire 2019.

It is the client's responsibility to take the Terms of Service and Content Guidelines of the video-sharing/social media site into account when accepting the final draft of the edited work. I will not take any responsibility for any content strikes of any kind.

If you do get a content strike or an age restriction and want to alter it, I offer adjustments for a small discussable fee.

The client gets all the rights to the edited material.

You must provide credit to me as the editor on all platforms you post the edited material to. Credit must include "Edited by BACONGUDEN - https://guden.lol" and the link must be clickable.

I will do my best to explore various styles and genres, but I reserve the right to decline a commission if I cannot meet my quality standards.

Unless stated otherwise, I retain the copyright to all songs produced. However, I won't issue any copyright strikes or DMCA claims if you use the song as per our agreement.

Previews of all finished commissions will be posted on my Twitter.

Payments, both upfront and final, are due within 7 days of each respective stage's completion. PayPal will be the accepted payment method.

Any changes requested for a finalized song will be subject to additional fees.

Once a song is finalized, there are no refunds. In the event of force majeure, upfront payment refunds may be considered.

Failure to complete the upfront or final payment will result in the song being sold or auctioned to another client, and the melody may be used for another project if the commission is canceled.

I retain the right to use the song in my portfolio and for showcasing my services in the future.

While not required, it would be greatly appreciated if you credit my Twitter handle for my work on the platform you use the song on.

You can use the commissioned song on live streams, YouTube videos, and podcasts. If unsure, ask for clarification.

You can share videos exclusively featuring the song on YouTube (only the song as the entire audio), Twitter, and Soundcloud without enabling monetization.

You may create remixes of the commissioned song, provided the client who commissioned the original song approves. However, monetization of the remix requires prior agreement with me.

You may not resell, transfer ownership, or give away the commissioned song without prior explicit agreement.

Distribution of the song through record labels or music distribution services requires a prior agreement with me. This includes services like RouteNote, DistroKid, LANDR, CD Baby, etc.

I will do my best to explore various styles and genres, but I reserve the right to decline a commission if I cannot meet my quality standards.

Be aware that the quality of the files provided will heavily affect the quality of the final product. Things like excessive background noise, your recording gear and environment, singing very far from the right key or the instrumental being of low quality will affect the final product.

Deadlines shorter than a week for mix packages will cost 2x of the initial price.

Mixing will start once payment is made.

No refunds after I start working on the mix.

Original song inquiries might be priced differently based on the complexity.
